Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN autism focused school. This is a full time long term opportunity working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm.The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and has previous experience working within an SEN setting.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year experience working with children with special educational needs such as autismStrong understanding of supporting children with additional needsPatient calm and resilient approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA trial day will be required to determine suitability for the role.
