Special Needs Teaching assistant

Where: OldburyPay: GBP95.89 - GBP108.21 per day Who: Level 2/3 Learning Support Assistant Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist complex needs setting in Oldbury. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with additional needs by providing support, care, and encouragement throughout their educational journey. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance, Early Years, Health and Social Care, or a related field, and will be passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Students within the setting are supported to re-engage with education, develop independence and life skills, and receive tailored emotional and learning support. Previous experience supporting individuals with PMLD, SLD, ASD, complex needs, or similar SEN requirements would be highly beneficial.
