As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning requirements. Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development both inside and outside the classroom. Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers to promote progress and wellbeing. Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and participation in school life. Were Looking For: Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with pupils with additional needs.
