Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to succeed. About the Role Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and the wider support team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Needs, SEMH, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) Supporting pupils to access the curriculum through tailored learning activities and interventions Assisting with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour using consistent strategies Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils while maintaining professional boundaries Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers and the ..... full job details .....
