Teaching Assistants Required - Full-Time Roles at Specialist SEND School in Hemel HempsteadWe''re looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to become part of a welcoming and dedicated team at a specialist SEND school in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with an immediate start.If you have experience working with children in the UK, especially in an educational setting, we''d love to hear from you.The role begins with a two-week paid trial and is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, subject to successful completion of the trial.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one or small group support as a Teaching Assistant, tailored to individual pupils'' learning needs.Work closely with class teachers to help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.Support pupils both in the classroom and throughout the school in your role as a Teaching Assistant.Contribute to the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils with SEND.Work collaboratively with fellow Teaching Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality support for all learners.What We''re Looking For:Immediate availability and based in or near Hemel HempsteadPrevious experience working with children in a professional capacityA positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children with additional needsA genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potentialWillingness to assist with personal care and other specific ..... full job details .....
