      <description>Location: Hornchurch | Salary: 13.00-13.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Special Needs Teaching Assistant required to support two Year 1 students with ASD. The role involves providing 1:1 support to two children across the school day. Morning : Working with a child who requires a proactive, energetic and engaging approach to help them stay focused an on task. The successful candidate will use creativity, patience and positivity to make learning enjoyable and accessible. Afternoon : Working with a child who would benefit from calm, consistent support and somebody who can recognise triggers, understand behavioural traits linked to ASD, and able to implement strategies to maintain engagement and emottional regulation.
