For the role ideally somebody with SEN experience and a strong understanding of Autism, confident in using child centred approaches such as Attention Autism and Lego Therapy to support communication, engagement and social development. September 2026 - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm (Term time only) Special Needs Teaching Assistant Role and Requirements : Provide consistent 1:1 and small-group support for KS1 children with Autism. Use Attention Autism strategies to build focus, shared attention, and engagement. Plan and deliver Lego Therapy sessions to promote communication, teamwork and social intercation. Support children with sensory processing needs and emotional regulation. Implement visual supports, routines, and structured learning approaches.
