The school provides a highly personalised, nurturing learning environment focused on developing independence, communication, life skills, and emotional wellbeing.We are looking for a teacher who is confident adapting learning to meet a wide range of abilities and who can deliver engaging, meaningful lessons within a highly differentiated curriculum.The Role:Planning and delivering tailored lessons based on individual EHCP targetsTeaching pupils with complex learning needs in small classes or specialist groupsUsing sensory-based and multi-sensory approaches to learningDifferentiating curriculum content to support varied developmental levelsSupporting communication development using visual aids, PECS, Makaton, or AAC where appropriateWorking closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and pastoral staffMonitoring progress and contributing to EHCP reviews and assessmentsCreating a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate ..... full job details .....
