SANZA Teaching Agency are supporting a vibrant 3- form entry primary school in the London borough of Barking & Dagenham. They are recruiting a special needs teacher for the school''s additionally resourced provision (ARP).

• All students have a diagnosis of Autism
• The role is in a mainstream primary school but within the school''s additionally resourced provision (ARP)

• The school is located close to Dagenham Heathway tube station (District Line)

• The school was last rated "Good" by Ofsted in 2024.

About you:

• Must have QTS
• Will ideally have previous experience as a special needs teacher, although applicants with experience as a mainstream primary teacher with a strong desire to move into special needs are welcomed and encouraged
• Must have a solid understanding of the specific needs of children with Autism and a strong desire to learn more.

• Must be a strong and effective communicator and team player and be able to engage effectively with the children, staff and parents.
• Must be enthusiastic and committed to inclusive education, believing in the potential of every child
