You will work closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team to ensure pupils receive the appropriate academic, emotional and behavioural support.You will play a key role in creating a structured, nurturing classroom environment that encourages pupils to develop their confidence, independence, communication and life skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs.Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate a range of learning styles and abilities.Support pupils'' academic, social, emotional and personal development.Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to deliver individualised support.Monitor pupil progress and contribute to ..... full job details .....
