Key Responsibilities: Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEND. Creating a safe, nurturing learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCO, therapists, and other professionals. Assessing and tracking student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, SLD, and complex learning difficulties. Maintaining strong communication with parents and carers regarding pupil progress. Person Specification / Requirements We are seeking someone who: Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification. Has proven experience teaching pupils with SEND. Is passionate, resilient, and creative in their approach to teaching and learning. Can inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their best. Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes to a positive school culture. Is available part time and committed to a long-term role.
