As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support students who have a diagnosis of Autism and other co-existing conditions such as ADHD, sensory processing disorder, learning disabilities, anxiety, mood disorders, and more.Experience supporting autistic pupils or those with challenging behaviour is beneficial, but not essential. What matters most is your positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
