Special Educational Needs Teacher - Mainstream School - Unqualified or Qualified Full-Time Position ASAP Start Interviews taking place now Are you an experienced unqualified teacher, instructor, HLTA or education professional with strong SEN experience and a proven ability to lead a classroom? Are you confident managing a room independently and building positive relationships with parents? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are working with a welcoming primary school in Brent seeking to appoint an experienced Special Educational Needs Teacher/Class Leader from September 2026. QTS is not essential for this role; however, candidates must have relevant experience working with pupils with SEN and be confident taking responsibility for the leadership and management of a classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCo and wider school team, delivering high-quality teaching and targeted support while contributing to the wider SEN provision across the school. Responsibilities of this Special Educational Needs Teacher role: Lead and manage a classroom, taking responsibility for the day-to-day organisation, routines, behaviour and learning environment. Deliver engaging, differentiated and inclusive lessons to pupils with SEN and additional needs. Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development through personalised strategies and targeted interventions.
