Your role will involve: Supporting individual students and small groups in classroom activities.Assisting teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).Encouraging students social and emotional development.Monitoring progress and reporting on student achievement.Creating a safe and nurturing learning environment. What We re Looking For: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a special educational needs setting.A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
