Vision for Education are working alongside Special Needs Schools in Birmingham who provide an outstanding, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).We are now actively seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly skilled Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join a committed leadership team and help shape the educational experiences and outcomes of pupils.This is an exciting and an ongoing opportunity for an experienced SEN professional who is passionate about ensuring every child reaches their full potential through high-quality, personalised provision.About the RoleAs SENCO, you will lead and coordinate the strategic development of SEND provision across the school, ensuring that every pupil receives the support, challenge, and opportunities they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
