The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Have a passion for a personalised approach to support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing, positive approach with a passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning
- The ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences
- Work in Year 1 and Year 4 with children with complex needs
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to reach their full potential
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and other staff
- Be actively involved in wider school life, including events and enrichment activities
