Are you good at spotting opportunities, making introductions and following things through until something happens? £1,200 per month fixed fee + 10% commission on paid speaking fees directly generated through the role. OTE £1,800 PCM Approximately 15 hours per weekPredominantly remote, with occasional in-person meetings, filming days and speaking engagements Jane Leonard is looking for a proactive and commercially minded person to help generate more paid speaking opportunities for Jane Leonard and PIECE by Piece. This is primarily a business development and speaker booking role. Your main focus will be simple: identify organisations that could benefit from hearing Jane speak, start conversations and help turn those conversations into paid bookings. You will have plenty of autonomy over how you approach the role and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in growing Jane''s speaking profile and PIECE by Piece. About Jane Jane''s background spans elite sport, the military, endurance challenges, coaching and speaking. She represented England at rugby, served in the Royal Engineers and has rowed across the Pacific Ocean. Her work now focuses on performance, resilience, challenge, behaviour change and helping people make their next move through PIECE by Piece. There is already a strong story, clear positioning and proven speaking experience. The opportunity now is to build a more consistent pipeline of speaking engagements.
