Typically, this person will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Spare Parts function, managing customer orders and supplier relationships, while supporting team performance, customer service standards, and commercial growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities of the Spare Parts Team Leader: Manage a personal portfolio of customer enquiries and parts orders from quotation through to invoice and close-out Act as the main escalation point for key customer relationships and supplier issues Maintain strong working relationships with OEM suppliers and escalate performance concerns when required Lead the resolution of complex customer escalations, stock discrepancies, and supplier issues Ensure CRM and ERP systems are maintained accurately Oversee customer service levels, ensuring enquiry acknowledgement, quotation turnaround, and order fulfilment targets ..... full job details .....
