Spare Parts Sales Specialist (UK and Ireland) Coventry (Office-Based) 16.92 - 19.49 per hour ( 33,000 - 38,000 per annum, DOE) Full-Time Temporary (with potential to become permanent)About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join a leading organisation within the engineering and automation sector.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aftersales / customer service professional to join a fast-paced, collaborative team, with a strong possibility of securing a permanent position.Key Responsibilities Order Management and AftersalesPrepare and issue accurate spare parts quotationsProcess customer orders using ERP systemsManage returns, repairs, invoicing, and creditsMonitor open orders and ensure timely deliveryExpedite backlog orders to maximise outputCustomer ServiceBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProvide high-quality support across phone and emailDeliver service in line with SLA expectationsDigital and Sales SupportSupport customers using the E-Store platformAssist with onboarding to digital systemsWork with European teams to improve processesInventory and Continuous ImprovementMonitor stock levels and manage backordersSupport inventory optimisationContribute to process improvements and KPI trackingAbout YouExperienceMinimum 4 years in aftersales, customer service, or similar roleExperience using ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards desirable)Background in technical, engineering, or B2B environments ..... full job details .....
