About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join a leading organisation within the engineering and automation sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aftersales / customer service professional to join a fast-paced, collaborative team, with a strong possibility of securing a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management andamp; Aftersales
- Prepare and issue accurate spare parts quotations
- Process customer orders using ERP systems
- Manage returns, repairs, invoicing, and credits
- Monitor open orders and ensure timely delivery
- Expedite backlog orders to maximise output
Customer Service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide high-quality support across phone and email
- Deliver service in line with SLA expectations
Digital andamp; Sales Support
- Support customers using the E-Store platform
- Assist with onboarding to digital systems
- Work with European teams to improve processes
Inventory andamp; Continuous Improvement
- Monitor stock levels and manage backorders
- Support inventory optimisation
- Contribute to process improvements and KPI tracking
About You
Experience
- Minimum 4 years in aftersales, customer service, or similar role
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards desirable)
- Background in technical, engineering, or B2B environments preferred

- Strong communication and customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:45
