About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join a leading organisation within the engineering and automation sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aftersales / customer service professional to join a fast-paced, collaborative team, with a strong possibility of securing a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management andamp; Aftersales

  • Prepare and issue accurate spare parts quotations
  • Process customer orders using ERP systems
  • Manage returns, repairs, invoicing, and credits
  • Monitor open orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Expedite backlog orders to maximise output

Customer Service

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide high-quality support across phone and email
  • Deliver service in line with SLA expectations

Digital andamp; Sales Support

  • Support customers using the E-Store platform
  • Assist with onboarding to digital systems
  • Work with European teams to improve processes

Inventory andamp; Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor stock levels and manage backorders
  • Support inventory optimisation
  • Contribute to process improvements and KPI tracking

About You

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in aftersales, customer service, or similar role
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards desirable)
  • Background in technical, engineering, or B2B environments preferred

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
  • Friday: 08:00 - 15:45
