Spanish Teacher - Bedfordshire

Quantum Scholars are currently working with a fantastic secondary school in Bedfordshire who are seeking a qualified and experienced Spanish Teacher to join them immediately. This is a short-term position running through to Easter. The school is a co-educational secondary with a sixth form, recognised for its strong focus on academic achievement, personal development and high-quality pastoral care. They deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum across KS3, GCSE and A-Level, and have been rated "Good" by Ofsted. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Spanish lessons across KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5. Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE and A-Level examinations, ensuring strong progress and attainment. Develop pupils'' skills across speaking, listening, reading and writing. Promote confidence in communication and an appreciation of Spanish language and culture. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including high-achieving students and those with SEND. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports excellent behaviour for learning. Assess, monitor and report on student progress in line with school policies. Provide clear and constructive feedback to support pupil development and exam readiness. Contribute to curriculum planning and the continued development of the Modern Foreign Languages department.
