Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain impeccable treatment-room standards and adhere to health, safety and hygiene procedures. Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and contribute to a premium guest experience. Candidate Profile Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage or a related discipline. Previous experience within a luxury hotel, five-star spa or premium wellness environment preferred. Excellent massage and treatment skills, with a genuine passion for wellbeing. Impeccable grooming, communication and customer-service skills. Professional, discreet and confident, with a strong attention to detail. Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
