to join our team and enhance the wellbeing experience for our guests.The Role:As a

Spa Therapist , you will provide exceptional treatments and services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. You will work with various techniques and products to deliver personalized treatments that meet our guests'' individual needs.Akasha is open daily from 7am till 9pm.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a range of body treatments, including relaxing massages, deep tissue massages, body scrubs, and facials, ensuring each treatment is tailored to the guest''s preferences and needs.Provide expert advice on treatment options and skincare products, guiding guests in selecting the best options for their wellness journey.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and spa protocols.Conduct thorough consultations with guests prior to treatments, assessing their needs and discussing any concerns to create a personalized treatment plan.Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations, including managing treatment schedules and maintaining inventory of products and supplies.Promote and sell spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and support revenue growth.Foster a positive and calming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a high standard of service that reflects the luxury and professionalism of Akasha Spa.Requirements:Relevant qualifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or holistic treatments.Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or high-end spa environment is preferred.Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments, as well as skincare products and facial treatments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service and wellbeing.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the spa is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.The Benefits:Pay of up to £35,000 including service charge and commissionAccess to heavily discounted friends and family rooms ratesTwo complimentary rooms nights per year (after 1 year of employment)Up to 50% colleagues discount in all our food and beverage outletsColleague wellness sessions in our Akasha spa each month including osteopath, podiatrist, yoga and fitness classes (as well as staff discounts on spa treatments)Regular social events, including our infamous Summer Party (August) and Black-Tie Annual Awards dinner (January)Christmas celebrations, including colleague lunch, childrens party and Christmas giftAutomatic membership of the companys life assurance scheme from day oneGenerous discounts on retail and dining in Central London through the West End Club appMental health support including Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and mental health champions in all departmentsA variety of external benefits including gym discounts and free eye testsCycle to work scheme and season ticket loanA wide range of both internal and external training and development programmes to support all of our colleagues career progressionThe usual bits and bobs such as free meals on duty, uniform laundry, pension and ..... full job details .....
