Spa Therapist

About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.

You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests.

Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind.

About you:

An experienced Spa Therapist.

Have current UK beauty therapy level 3 Qualifications (or equivalent), and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application.

Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation.

Excellent at building a rapport with guests making them feel at home, relaxed and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.

Able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.

Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.

Desirable:

Experience working with Elemis product house.

Retail sales experience

Experience working in a 4/5 star hotel and/or Cruise Ship

Our Benefits include:

A competitive salary package of £14.82 per hour, plus commission on treatments and retail sales (potential earnings of £5,000 per year).

This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, 35 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.

Live in accommodation available in a double room with private en-suite bathroom at a weekly charge of £95, inclusive of meals, utilities, WIFI and laundry.
