You will be responsible the leading the Reception and Butlers team to deliver an exceptional 5-star service and take pride in creating an unrivalled guest experience.You will be a motivator with excellent organisational skills, have a professional manner and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence across all areas of the business.Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:Proven track record in leading and managing teams within a luxury Club and Spa environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teamsConfident in managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee developmentExperienced in creating and implementing training programmes to support service excellence and operational efficiencySolid commercial acumen
