the perfect escape for wellness and indulgence.They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead the spa operations and elevate the guest experience. This is a dual role combining strategic oversight and operational excellence, with 50% of your time spent delivering treatments, and the other half focused on team leadership, guest service, and running the day-to-day operations.About the SpaThe spa offers a serene and luxurious environment with a full range of treatments using ESPA and VOYA products. It features a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms. Its a popular destination for hotel guests, day visitors, and local members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, inspire and manage the spa team, ensuring a consistently high level of guest carePerform treatments to a high standard, using ESPA and VOYA productsEnsure smooth daily operations including bookings, scheduling, and guest experienceMonitor retail and treatment targets, costs, and KPIsMaintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism throughout the spaWork closely with the General Manager and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guestjourneyManage the spas social media presence
