This is an exciting opportunity to lead a professional spa team within a premium hospitality environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial success.The successful candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach, ensuring the highest standards of service, treatment delivery, and operational excellence.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the financial performance, day-to-day operations, and ongoing development of the spa. You will inspire and support your team while creating an outstanding wellness experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop the spa team to deliver exceptional customer service.Oversee the daily operation of the spa, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.Provide treatments when required to maximise therapist utilisation and treatment room capacity.Manage staff rotas and appointment schedules to optimise occupancy and revenue.Drive retail sales and identify opportunities to increase spa income.Work closely with the Hotel General Manager to develop marketing initiatives, promotions and seasonal spa packages.Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to ..... full job details .....
