The role Perform walkthroughs and assess the design and operating effectiveness of key controls . Deliver SOX testing across financial and operational processes in line with agreed methodology. Review control documentation, supporting evidence and Risk & Control Matrices. Identify control deficiencies and work with control owners to understand root causes and support remediation. Track remediation actions and assess whether issues have been addressed effectively. Work across areas including Finance, Operations, Risk and the wider business to understand end-to-end processes and associated controls. Support improvements to testing approaches, control documentation and the wider SOX framework. Work with senior members of the team, Internal Audit and external auditors throughout the annual SOX cycle.
