Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Assessment and Intervention Team for the London Borough of Southwark Duties and Responsibilities: Managing complex caseloads involving children in need, child protection, and pre-proceedings. Completing statutory Child and Family Assessments and progressing cases in line with safeguarding thresholds. Undertaking Section 47 enquiries and leading on risk assessments to ensure child safety. Preparing court reports and care plans, and contributing to legal proceedings where required. Working collaboratively within a multi-agency environment to support families and safeguard children. Providing guidance and informal support to junior staff within the team. Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings in line with statutory and local authority requirements.
