South East London Peer Coordinator

This might be alcohol or injecting drug use, viral hepatitis or other liver disease. Have you supported anyone who has? We are looking for a passionate, skilled and self-motivated individual who likes to be part of a team but equally can work on their own. The post holder must have a desire to make a difference in promoting hepatitis C and liver health awareness and access to care among services and affected communities. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an existing team across the South East London area.
