We''re looking for an ambitious, passionate Sous Chef to join the team at Walkers of Whitehall as we build an exciting food offer centred around seasonal British game, the freshest British seafood, and elevated pub classics.Walkers of Whitehall is unlike any other London pub. Just moments from Trafalgar Square, our beautiful former bank is home to three unique spaces - from our lively main pub to the hidden Bank Vault dining room and bar. As part of Young''s Pubs, we''re investing heavily in our kitchen, menus and team, creating an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who wants to make their mark.Working closely with our Head Chef, you''ll help shape the direction of the kitchen, develop exciting seasonal dishes, and play a key role in establishing Walkers as one of central London''s must-visit gastropubs.
