Our fondness for British pub culture and dining inspired us to reintroduce The Hare and Hounds to Islington. Were looking to preserve the beauty of pub culture, while becoming a new dining destination in Islington that showcases British cuisine in an exciting way. Our menu will change frequently and feature seasonal British flavours.We are looking for talented and creative chefs of all levels : Head Chef, Sous Chef, CDP and KPs who have experience in building menus, catering experience, private dining and enjoy working in a close-knit team. These roles will suit anyone with experience and passion for elevated gastro pubs and British cuisine.
