Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team. In this role, you will assist our Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, contributing to menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
