The kitchen delivers fresh, seasonal dishes across restaurant dining, afternoon teas and banqueting for events of up to 150 guests. They are now looking for a- Sous Chef -to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help deliver high-quality food across both restaurant service and events.
