Sous Chef Join Our Creative Kitchen Team We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering outstanding dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role in a busy, high-quality kitchen while helping shape menus, mentor the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What You ll Do Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Support menu development and preparation of innovative, scratch-made dishes Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff to create a collaborative, high-performing team Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help manage food costs Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Foster creativity, teamwork, and a positive working environment in the kitchen What We re Looking For Proven experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role (minimum 2 years) Strong culinary skills with a focus on fresh, high-quality food Excellent leadership and team management abilities Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
