Support the creation of seasonal menus, working with fresh, local ingredients. Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to hygiene standards. Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies. Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of service.Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, ideally in a hotel or restaurant.
