      <description>Location: Horsham | Salary: &amp;pound;30000/annum Term time only | Type: Permanent | Sous Chef  Independent Contract Caterer  Term Time Only - 41 Working Weeks  40 Hours per Week (Rota Basis)  -18.00 per Hour   Our client, an independent contract caterer, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their school catering team, serving up to 200 students.  In this role, the successful candidate will support the kitchen in delivering fresh, nutritious meals for break and lunch service, along with occasional hospitality events. Working with seasonal ingredients, they will produce high-quality, home-cooked food while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, organisation, and kitchen efficiency.  This position is ideal for a passionate chef who enjoys working with fresh produce and is looking for a strong work-life balance through a structured term-time schedule.
