The kitchen caters for up to 300 covers across lunch and dinner services.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to step up within a professional, high-volume kitchen.The RoleAs Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen while maintaining consistently high food standards.
