Sous Chef,

you will be responsible for the efficient running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. It will be your responsibility to lead service, assisting to run the pass throughout service whilst maintaining high culinary standards and high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen.Responsibilities:The Sous ChefComplete service to a high standardMaintain high quality of food offeringAbide by all EHO requirementsEnsure the smooth running of the daily operations in the kitchenEnsure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met or exceeded in your kitchenMaking orders of supplies and ingredientsSkills and ExperienceAt least 2 years experience working in high-end kitchensCreativity, flair and passion for your craft with a great eye for detailA desire to work flexible hours including weekends and eveningsAbility to spot and resolve problems efficientlyYou will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skillsYou will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your ..... full job details .....
