Your Role as Sous Chef in Berkhamsted You will be the key support for the Head Chef, helping to maintain standards and bring new ideas to the table. Your responsibilities include:Supporting the Head Chef and colleagues with ordering and maintaining high standards of hygiene within the kitchen.Collaborating with all chefs to provide input on new menus and seasonal ideas.Being proactive at all times and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.Demonstrating the ability to react to situations as they arise, keeping calm and communicating effectively.
