What you''ll be doing:As Sous Chef, you''ll support the Head Chef in delivering a hyper-seasonal, ingredient-led menu. You''ll take creative ownership in the kitchen while fostering a positive, collaborative culture across a small but highly committed team. Key responsibilities include:Leading the team through service with consistency and calm

Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, ordering and planning

Taking charge of menu items and specials using local, foraged and homegrown ingredients

Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Helping nurture a team culture rooted in respect, learning, and pride

Being part of a retreat-wide ethos focused on sustainability, quality and guest experience
