What''s involved?

As Sous Chef, you''ll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards while leading and developing the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef''s absence.
• Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Training and motivating the kitchen team.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Managing stock and minimising waste.
• Helping deliver a smooth and efficient service.
