The role is Sous Chef position and is to help lead, develop and deliver an exceptional dining experience and most importantly be a role model to who will help develop the brigade of 34 chefs. You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day food operation with a fantastic knowledge of kitchen management and financial acumen and be a real people person.
