Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook freshly made food to a high standard. Ensure every plate of food is presented beautifully and meets our quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food hygiene, allergens, and health and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with a small team, demonstrating excellent communication and people skills. Stay updated on menu items and contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements.
