This is a rare opportunity within a high-volume catering environment that offers genuine creative freedom for fresh, from-scratch cooking and menu development.About the role:You''ll assist in leading and inspiring the kitchen team, creating high-quality freshly cooked dishes while working closely with the Front of House operation to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maximise performance within a busy restaurant environment.Key responsibilities include:Support all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operationEnsuring consistently high standards of food quality and serviceSupport the running of key shifts and managing day-to-day kitchen operationsHelping to manage stock effectively to control food margins and wasteChampioning Health and Safety and hygiene standardsCollaborating on seasonal specials and menu creation using fresh, local produceAs this is a hospitality-focused environment, flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is essential.
