Currently looking for an Sous Chef with a similar depth of experience within Weddings and/ or the local Events Sector.As Sous Chef you will be working with 2-3 other chefs in the team - Tuesday- Saturday working week - Roughly 4 prep days at Head Office in Walton on Thames and delivering 1 event on location as required.Responsibilities:As Sous Chef you will be required to:1: Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards. This includes cutting, marinating, seasoning, and cooking various ingredients.2: Execute cooking techniques with precision, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented attractively. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service.3: Menu Development: Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a diverse and appealing menu selection.4: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.5: Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service.
