The role:
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food across both

and
banqueting/catering . You will play a key role in supervising the kitchen, training junior chefs, and ensuring consistently high standards of presentation and taste.What we''re looking for:Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a fine dining or catering environment
Background in
banqueting, catering and à la carte service

Strong organisational and leadership skills
