We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the opening kitchen team.

The Role
As Sous Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen during your shift, including:
- Overseeing preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain exceptional standards
- Managing hygiene, compliance, and cost control
- Supporting the Head Chef in delivering a consistently memorable guest experience
- Coaching and developing junior team members, fostering a positive, professional kitchen culture
