We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Andover. Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Operations: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Leadership and Training: Supervise, mentor, and train junior kitchen staff (Commis and Chef de Parties). Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory to minimize waste and manage costs effectively. Health and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, strictly adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Menu Development: Collaborate on creating and refining new menu items and specials.
