Sous Chef - live in available

Sous Chef required for our client.  Live in is available if required.

The role of Sous Chef will require you:

• To assist and support the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. 
• This is a hands-on role using fresh produce 
• You will have good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
• You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. 
• This role will require that you work week-ends which are the busiest times. 
• You will have previous restaurant food to order chef experience.
• Some function work experience. 

The salary for this opportunity of Sous Chef is given as from £35K, negotiable. Live in is available if required.
